- Participants are given opportunities to lead beyond their professional scope, playing an active role in shaping OCP strategy and acting as custodians of the company's vision.
- With LFT², exploration is actively encouraged. Our deep culture of experimentation supports disruptive ideas and innovations – wherever they may come from.

- A core part of OCP's learning culture, the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) teaches approximately 7,000 students each year.
- Based in Morocco, the institution has international reach and renown, with students from over 40 nationalities.
- The institution boasts some of the world's best researchers in areas such as sustainable development, mining, and agricultural science. It also runs 270 research programs with Moroccan universities and worldwide.
